Shipping Policy

At Lust Tresses, order processing takes 48 hours (business days) prior to the shipment of your order. Once your order has finished processing, it will be shipped out for delivery and you will receive a tracking # via email and/or SMS. 

Please note, our standard processing time is subject to change during sales and holidays due to higher volume.

If any of our hair is listed on backorder, you will be placed on a priority waitlist and your order will ship out immediately upon arrival after processing.

Returns + Refund Policy

All sales are final. There is a no return or exchange policy at this time. Each item is shipped and inspected for quality before packaging and will not be shipped with any defects.
